Menu update and minimum donation change

- A short note announcing the minimum donation amount to download the game will increase from $0.00 early in 2019. No date or minimum donation amount to announce, but it's expected to be early, and low. Further changes may follow.
- The main menu will be slightly more informative in the next release.
- The first-load default level will be the Intro level in the next release. As much as I like to see people initially confused and then figuring things out, not everyone feels the same. The Intro level is already available in game, and users will not be forced to play the intro level on first load if they manually toggle the selected zone. As is currently the case, the selected level is saved when quitting Spiralagon and will be auto-selected the next time the game is loaded.
